Jen and Matt – Green Pond Country Club Wedding

What an amazing wedding Jen and Matt had! It was definitely one to remember. I had so much fun working with the both of them. It turned out to be a perfect fall day that wasn’t too cold out, so we were able to stay outside longer for photos. Matt and Jen opted to do a first look so we were able to get all of the photos done before the ceremony while we still had some sunlight. We took advantage of the beautiful scenery that the golf club had to offer and got some pretty amazing shots. The night was filled with plenty of dancing with family and friends and they ended their night with a sparkler send off. It was really hard to pick photos out for this preview since there were so many good ones! Enjoy the preview!

Burnett Family ~ Samuel S. Lewis State Park

It was great hanging out with the Burnett family this past Saturday. I met up with Elaine, Walt, TJ and Stephen at Samuel S Lewis State Park. Elaine wanted photos of the family before her oldest son, TJ, went off to college. This park was a great area for photos. There were plenty of boulders and rocks to climb and sit on and woods surrounding the area. They decided to have the session there because it held a lot of memories for Walt. He grew up around that area and would frequently visit the park with family. Enjoy this little preview!

Juliana & Tony ~ Engagement Session

Last Saturday I had the pleasure to get together with Juliana and Tony for their engagement session. We did our shoot at Hopewell Furnace National Historic site which is located in French Creek State park. This was definitely the perfect area to do a session! I had heard about this place before but had never been there. With lots of old buildings, farm houses, and barns that dated back to the 18 and 19th century, it made for some great photo opportunities. There was one barn that even had two horses roaming around. The weather was perfect on Saturday, which is always a plus!  The three of us had a great time hanging out at the park and getting to know each other. We seriously could have spend hours there since it was such a cool place. I’m looking forward for their wedding this November up in the Pocono area! Here are just a handful of the the shots from their session. Enjoy!

Amanda & Andy ~ Wedding

This past Friday I had an absolute blast shooting Amanda and Andy’s wedding. They were so much fun to work with and they are both so genuinely nice. Their special day took place at Penn Oaks Golf Club in West Chester. The weather was perfect, the location was perfect and the day flew by without a hitch!

I was especially excited about this shoot because this was the first time I had the opportunity to do a “pre ceremony” reveal. Usually the majority of wedding pictures are taken right after the ceremony, but we were able to get all of the photos done beforehand, which gave them some quality time with loads of close friends and family members during the cocktail hour. After the ceremony, the rest of the night was theirs to enjoy and live it up! It was filled with tons of laughter, dancing, some stiff bean bag competition and crazy photo booth antics. Oh…and there was a surprise visit from Superman himself…

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Petticoffer and enjoy your much deserved honeymoon cruise! In the meantime, enjoy this preview!

Brigitte & David ~ Wedding

Brigitte and David’s wedding was held yesterday in Lancaster at Lime Spring Farms. Although I’ve lived in Lancaster for over 5 years now I’ve never heard of this venue before and it seems like I was missing out! Lime Spring Farms is a fantastic reception venue with plenty of areas to take pictures at. There was a beautiful garden area with a stream running through it, two large barns on the premises, as well as a large pond.  Although the weather was undesirable, with heavy rain and strong storms in the forecast, it didn’t dampen the love that Brigitte and David had for each other on their special day. Luckily, the rain had stopped shortly after the ceremony and we were able to walk around the property and get some great shots. I had a great time getting to know the both of them and had a blast shooting their engagement session and wedding. Congratulations Brigitte and David! Enjoy this preview from their wedding!

Heather and Tony ~ Wedding

From the first time I met Heather and Tony, I couldn’t help but notice that they’re so welcoming, caring and always a bunch of fun to be around. It was just a little over a month ago that we got together to shoot their engagement session and before we knew it, their wedding was here. They got married last Saturday in Wilmington, Delaware. It was filled with lots of loving family members and friends, dancing and just plain goofiness! I had a great time shooting their wedding and wish them the best of luck in the future! Enjoy this preview of their wedding and congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Martinez!

Meet Baby Marissa

Last weekend’s busy schedule ended with me going over to visit the Wixon family. They had recently been blessed with a little baby girl and they wanted me to photograph 4 month old Marissa.  Only a few minutes after walking in the house Marissa was all dressed up in her cute little outfit and ready to go, so we jumped right into the session. Marissa did a great job and I had a lot of fun photographing her. Thank you Tabatha and Allen for being such great hosts and letting me into your house to photograph Marissa! Enjoy this little preview.

Heather and Tony ~ Engagement Session

My second engagement shoot from this past weekend was another great one! I met up with Heather and Tony at one of my favorite places to shoot, Valley Forge Park. It’s such a huge area that you have so many different places to shoot and I still have not explored the whole park even with all of the times I have been there. Heather and Tony are both very laid back and this made for an easy, relaxing and enjoyable shoot. They were up for anything and we definitely produced a bunch of great shots and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding which is just around the corner. Here is just a small portion of the session. Enjoy!

Liz & Mark – Engagement Session

Yesterday’s engagement session was a hot one indeed! Literally and figuratively speaking. The temperature was definitely reaching into the the low 90’s during the session. Liz and Mark were such troopers in the heat and they stuck it out and we were able to produce some great images. Luckily there was plenty of shade and trees to hide under to cool off. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding later this year in November. First off, it won’t be as hot and sweltering out, and second, the wedding is going to be off the hook! I know there will be plenty of joking around and laughing going on that day. Here is a little preview of what went down yesterday. Enjoy:)

Lauren & Mike – Citizens Bank Park Wedding

Wow…what an amazing wedding this was. This past Saturday I got together with Jeffrey Sabotta to shoot Lauren and Mike’s wedding at Citizen’s Bank Park and I was waiting a long time for this wedding. I knew this was going to be a pretty sweet day. I mean, how often do you get a chance to have access to the stadium when no one is there, let-alone photograph a wedding there?! The day was filled with lots of fun, laughter, craziness, and surprises. This may have been an opportunity that I won’t get again and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I big thank you to Jeff who let me come out and help him for this wedding, and it’s always such a blast when Jeff and I get together for weddings. I’m not really sure what else I can say right now because words won’t do this justice, so I think I’ll just have to let the pictures do the talking. Enjoy!
