What an amazing wedding Jen and Matt had! It was definitely one to remember. I had so much fun working with the both of them. It turned out to be a perfect fall day that wasn’t too cold out, so we were able to stay outside longer for photos. Matt and Jen opted to do a first look so we were able to get all of the photos done before the ceremony while we still had some sunlight. We took advantage of the beautiful scenery that the golf club had to offer and got some pretty amazing shots. The night was filled with plenty of dancing with family and friends and they ended their night with a sparkler send off. It was really hard to pick photos out for this preview since there were so many good ones! Enjoy the preview!
Julia and Ian’s Landis Creek Golf Club wedding was one to remember! This quaint little golf club was the perfect fit for their wedding that was held last Saturday. Julia and Ian are both so fun and outgoing which made taking their pictures a breeze. Their ceremony was held in a catholic church only 5 minutes away from the golf club. This church had one of the most spectacular front facades of a church I had ever been to. We took full advantage of the churches architectural beauty and got a bunch of cool shots. After we arrived at the golf club for the reception, we were personally shuttled around in one of their golf carts so that we could take pictures around the golf course. Congratulation again to the Mr. and Mrs.! Enjoy the preview of their fantastic day.
This awesome couple got married at The Manor House at Prophecy Creek last Saturday. It was the perfect summer time wedding and everyone had a blast that day. It was also very humid and hot, which is obviously typical for a summer wedding, but that didn’t seem to bother anyone. The Manor House is always a great place for weddings and has plenty of neat areas for photos. We took advantage of the nice weather and made sure we hit up as many spots for photos as we could. The nighttime festivities were filled with tons of crazy dancing and good times with family and friends. Enjoy this preview from Jenna and Matt’s big day. Congratulations again to the Mr and Mrs!
I had a great time shooting Jaime and Alex’s wedding last weekend. This was also the first time I’ve had a wedding during the winter months, so there was that slight chance that it might snow. Luckily, there were no big snow storms that day. It was just a bit windy, overcast and cold for the better part of the day. Jaime and Alex got ready at Normandy Farms hotel right down the road from the William Penn Inn. They decided to do a first look and as we were getting ready to do the first look it started to flurry. This made for a unique photo opportunity, but it was quite cold! They were both good sports about it as we quickly grabbed a bunch of photos outside. Jaime and Alex’s daughter, Lilia, played a big part in the wedding and they even walked down the aisle together. There were so many great shots from their wedding that it was hard to choose which ones to put in this post! Enjoy!
Kelsea and Dan’s wedding was one to remember! It was a great end to this year’s wedding season. Every little detail was perfect and you could tell that they put a lot of work into all of the decoration. The inside of the barn where the reception was held had a beautiful Fall decor setting. It was such a neat experience to be able to photograph a wedding at a place with tons of historical significance. The Bed and Breakfast is literally right next to Gettysburg battlefield and the barn was used as a make-shift hospital during the civil war(yes, men did die in that barn during the war). Kelsea and Dan were both awesome to work with and they were both a lot of fun to be around. Even though the grass was a little wet and muddy from the previous days rain, we were able to get lots of great shots. Enjoy their preview!
Last Friday I had the pleasure to spend my day with Heather and Charlie. They tied the knot at the beautiful Meredith Manor in Pottstown. I had never been to Meredith Manor before and the inside reception area was perfect for a smaller, more intimate wedding. Their ceremony was held outside in the garden area under tall trees, so we were shaded from the sun most of the time. Heather and Charlie are so much fun to be around and I was looking forward to their wedding for quite some time.We had great weather, and of course, we got tons of great shots! Charlie sure knows how to bust a move on the dance floor as well! Here is a little preview of their special day. Enjoy!
Sarah and Chris’ wedding day went off without a hitch and everything from start to finish was perfect. The whole day was laid out perfectly, down to every detail, and even the weather cooperated! I especially love it when the weather is beautiful and cooperates! Sarah and Chris were great to work with and fun to be around. They decided to do a first look at Steinman Park in Lancaster City and then the whole wedding party headed over to Wheatland (James Buchanan House) for the rest of the wedding party photos. Wheatland was a great place for photos because it had tons of cool areas and neat backdrops. Their reception was held at The Hamilton Club in Lancaster. It’s a quaint, little gem located in the heart of the city. Sarah and Chris both went to school at Bucknell University and they had plenty of their fellow Bucknell friends there with them on their special day. Everyone sure knew how to party and have a good time! On another note, they had a small furry friend tag along with them and the whole wedding party all night long. By this, I mean a stuffed animal dog that Chris attached a Go-Pro camera to. They carried it around everywhere they went and it captured every memorable moment of the day for them. I’m sure that will make for one awesome video! Here is a little preview of their special day. Enjoy!
I couldn’t wait to photograph Christina and Joe’s wedding. This was one of those weddings that I knew was going to be so much fun and one heck of a party! Christina and Joe are both so much fun to be around and they are very down to earth and chill. Everything was perfect that day, including the weather. They were very organized and had every little detail nailed down for their wedding. It was an interesting, awesome, and eclectic mash-up of US flags and Paris’ Eiffel Tower. Since Christina and Joe got engaged in Paris, they incorporated the Eiffel Tower into their reception, using them as center pieces. They also had a larger Eiffel Tower in the cocktail area and incorporated US flags during the ceremony. The Ace Center is a gorgeous venue located on a golf course. Joe is a huge Philadelphia sports fan and also plays golf, so it was fitting to have their wedding there! I really enjoyed being a part of their special day and capturing all of the wonderful memories for them! Here is a little sneak peek into their big day. Enjoy!
